Welcome to On Time On Budget Consulting. By accessing or using this website, booking a call, or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our website or services.

1. Business Identity

This website is operated by Katz Consulting & Event Co-ordination Inc. (doing business as On Time On Budget Consulting) (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

2. Use of Website

  • You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service, remove content, or terminate accounts at our discretion.

3. Services

  • Coaching and consulting services are provided as educational and advisory support only.

  • Results vary depending on your business, resources, and implementation. We do not guarantee specific financial or business outcomes.

  • Testimonials on this site represent individual experiences and are not promises of similar results.

4. Payments

  • All fees must be paid in full or according to the agreed payment plan.

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or PayPal.

  • Unless otherwise stated in writing, all payments are non-refundable.

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

  • Appointments: Appointments are scheduled via TidyCal. We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments may be forfeited without refund.

  • Monthly Retainer Services: Cancellation of ongoing monthly retainer services requires 30 days’ written notice. Clients remain responsible for all fees during the notice period.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All materials provided (documents, tools, templates, trainings, and website content) are owned by On Time On Budget Consulting and are protected by copyright.

  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal business use only.

  • You may not sell, share, or distribute these materials without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of our website, services, or materials.

  • We are not responsible for decisions made based on consulting advice, nor for business or financial outcomes.

8. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

We may use third-party platforms (e.g., Squarespace, Systeme.io, TidyCal, Google Analytics, Stripe, PayPal) to operate our business. We are not responsible for their actions, services, or privacy practices.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of our site or services indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
